On the front row, eighth from the left, is Revd John Davison, who had just completed his second term as President. His manuscript journal was acquired by Englesea Brook Museum in 2016. On the same row, second from the left, is his son-in-law, Joseph Lawson. Joseph’s father was William Lawson, who formed the first PM class in Canada, in 1829, and took the first service in the first PM chapel in Canada, in Toronto, in 1832. Seventh from the left is Revd W. Lomas, who succeeded Davison as President.
