Holymoorside Primitive Methodist chapel

Holymoorside Primitive Methodist chapel was opened in 1831. Opening services on 08/05/1831 were taken by Bros Harrison & Blaides.  Thomas Blaides described the opening in the Primitive Methodist magazine. 

At that time there were 90 children in the Sunday school.

The new chapel measured 19′(w)  24′(l) 15′(h).
