The second Primitive Methodist Chapel in Pocklington was a grand affair, built in 1865 at a cost of £1,200.  It has now been demolished. For more information and photos, click here.

Ref. MRP/22: Primitive Methodist Chapel, Pocklington, built on Chapmangate 1820, closed 1865, replaced by one on Union Street, closed 1964, demolished 1978/9. Documents: various, e.g., Trustees Meetings Book, Marriage Registers, Accounts Book, etc.
