Many thanks to Christine and Brian Hodson for the photographs (July 2022).
They tell us that the black door is the original entrance to the Chapel. The two windows to the left which are now the lounge and dining room would have been the worship area. The window to the right of the door could have been a vestry and the two windows towards the buttress we think may have been the caretaker’s accommodation.
There is still some of the original shelving and cupboards which probably stored hymnbooks, bibles and communion sets.
