Isaac was born on 4 November 1794 at Mytholmroyd, nr Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire. Issaac was baptised at St Thomas, Heptonstall on 30 November 1794. His parents were John and Mally.

Isaac married Urina Watson (1788-1864). They had one son identified through census searches.

• Samuel Isaac (1831-1876) – a carpenter

Isaac died on 19 July 1865 at Saddleworth, Yorkshire.
