This book plate is on the inside cover of The Primitive Methodist Hymnal.
The stone laying for the Primitive Methodist Church and School was on 8 June 1908. The ministers at the time were J G Bowran and J T Ridley. The secretary was R Steele, and the Treasurer, G Ridley.
