Scarborough Seamer Road Primitive Methodist Chapel dates from 1903. It followed a Mission Room built on Seamer Road in 1882, at a cost of £660.
The chapel building still stands in 2017. It appears externally little changed, retaining its PRIMITIVE METHODIST CHURCH carving and 1903 date stone. It is now used for flats.
