Prestbury Primitive Methodist chapel

Prestbury: Return from the Primitive Methodist chapel in the 1851 Census of Places of Public Religious Worship
transcribed by David Tonks

Prestbury Primitive Methodist chapel was built in 1836. It seated 200, of whom 120 used free seats.

In the 1851 Census of Places of Public Religious Worship, completed by Joseph Woolley, the steward, the return showed one service held in the evening that was attended by 50 people.

Where was this chapel and what happened to it?
