I recently noted a PM Chapel in the Parish of Tushingham Cum Grindley in South Cheshire that I do not see on your online database. It was situated at NGR SJ 5312 4600 on Willeymoor Lane in the countryside away from any sett;ement. It is now closed as a place of worship and the tiny building is now called White Cottage. It is clearly marked on the early OS Maps as a Chapel though the cottage would give you no clue it was ever a Chapel. I see no attached graveyard and have been unable to find a closing date. The picture is a Googe street view image solely for emphasising the buildings quant charm and anonimity.
