Flushing Primitive Methodist Chapel

Flushing Primitive Methodist Chapel

Primitive Methodist Chapel
Coventry Road

Walking up Coventry Street from the sea, this chapel can be found on the left.
Built as a primitive methodist chapel in 1866, this became Coventry Street Methodist Church. It closed in 1948 and it is likely that the congregation joined the Wesleyan chapel which until its own closure preserved some oil lamps from this chapel, which are now gifted to The Cornish Heritage Collection. The chapel is now residential.
