Nether Heage Primitive Methodist chapel, Slack Lane, Nether Heage, Belper, DE6 2JU,  was opened in 1878 and replaced an earlier chapel now demolished in Malthouse Lane.

It remains a handsome well cared for building made of cut stone, originally costing £400.
It is unusually set in spacious grounds.

Sometime part of the Ripley Circuit, in 2023 it is in the Mid Derbyshire circuit.
