The 1940 list of Methodist buildings reports two chapels in Corfe Mullen, one former Wesleyan chapel in East End and one former Primitive Methodist one.
The first Primitive chapel was in Chapel Lane and opened in 1882. You can read about it here. That chapel closed in 1927 and the congregation transferred to a new chapel in Wareham Road on the corner of Albert Road..
The chapel in 2022 is in use as a nursery. Mark Churchill reports that he spoke to a worker at the nursery who confirmed that it closed about 7 years ago; the Nursery was already using the hall on the south side and then acquired the whole premises.
