Stourton Caundle Primitive Methodist preaching place

Stourton Caundle : return from the Primitive Methodist preaching place to the 1851 Census of Places of Public Religious worship. Return no: 269 1 7 13
provided by David Tonks 2021

The return from the Primitive Methodist preaching place at Stourton Caundle near Stalbridge to the 1851 Census of Places of Public Religious worship was completed by the minister, Isaac Hedges. The average attendance at evening services was an impressive 70 people.

I cannot see a Primitive Methodist chapel on the 1901 Ordnance Survey map.  Was one ever built?
