There is a Brick built Primitive Methodist Chapel at Tower Hill/Pump Lane with the date stone 1899 set above the entrance. How this relates to the Tin building that was demolished and moved I do not know but the marker on your page and where the 1st edition map says Primitive Methodist Chapel is the site of a much altered but still standing 18/19th century building that is now a private home.
I will send the pictures when I can find them of the Brick Chapel probably later today, I have spent the afernoon trying to unpick this for you but as yet no joy.
