Liverpool Walton Primitive Methodist Church

Stuart Road: Harvest Festival, 1905

The 1899 Primitive Methodist magazine of November 1899 commented that there were sadly too few strong churches in Liverpool, but that a new one had been opened a month earlier in Walton.

Miss Hartley played a leading part, and Mr Hartley promised to give 50% on all raised until April 1900.  The membership was small so needed the help to meet the £3,000 cost.

Where was the chapel and what happened to it?
