The Lincs to the past website tells us that the chapel was built in 1871 and closed in 1966.
A Primitive Methodist chapel appears on the 1887 and 1904 Ordnance Survey maps of Burton Coggles.
The photograph of chapels in the Grantham circuit published in 1911 includes a picture not only of the Burton Coggles chapel but also an earlier preaching place. Where was that in the village?
On Street View in 2009/2010 there is a house on the chapel site of the same footprint as the chapel

The chapel at Burton is the original building converted to a domestic dwelling. Cement rendering has been applied over the brick walls and then painted, as seen on Street View.
