As the society and its Sunday school at Wellington Road Dudley grew, the society started work on an enlarged chapel and Sunday school in 1891.
Ordnance Survey maps show the Primitive Methodist chapel on the eastern side of Wellington Road, opposite Swancote Road. It becomes a Sikh temple some time between 1963 and 1975. It is now the site of Gurdwara Guru Nanak Singh Sabha which had a different footprint.
