Bolton Woods Primitive Methodist Chapel

The 1877 Primitive Methodist magazine records  the laying of the memorial  stones for a new Primitive Methodist chapel at Bolton Woods in the Shipley station. We are told nothing more.

The Ordnance Survey map shows two Methodist chapels In Bolton Woods.  One, on Stanley Road, just south of Montrose Street, still exists as a private house proudly bearing the words Wesleyan Methodist carved into the front. The other, on Livingstone Road, opposite the school on the corner of Burley Street.  The area has since been redeveloped with blocks of flats. Was that the Primitive Methodist chapel?
