This mystery photo is from very old film roll from old camera, just developed by a friend in England. I am simply pursuing this mystery for a friend who lives in Tring. Can anyone help with identification.

The Blazer badge is off Cliff College , Derbyshire which still exists and has a archive department. They would be interested in this photo and maybe able to tell you more about the 2 students or staff shown. They use to send groups of students out on ‘Trecks’ every summer where the men ran evangelistic meetings at churches on route. The men walked at the way pulling a cart with all there stuff in. They slept on church hall floors after the meetings. It is a Methodist college which still exists and still trains both men & women to work in the Methodist Church in some capacity as Lay workers
