This photo of W Bambridge (see his signature on the photo) is in an album of photos given by Rev George Bennett to his wife for Christmas 1904, and seems to be full of ministers, and a few lay people, who were at the PM Conference in 1904, when George Bennett was President.
W Bambridge is not a PM minister, so is most likely to have been a lay representative to Conference. The photo was taken in Truro, Cornwall, but I have been unable to find anyone of that name in Cornwall at that time.
