Family
Daniel was born abt1820 at St Johns, Cumberland. At the time of the 1851 census he was a widower with a daughter Mary Ann, born in 1842. His wife was possibly Ann Black who he married in the spring of 1840 in the Whitehaven Registration District. Ann died in 1845 in the Whitehaven Registration District.
I have not been able to identify any online records relating to his time in Australia.
