I have not been able to identify Charles in online records. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Gaynor,
Thanks for finding that information. Unfortunately I can’t find Charles in later census returns. There was a Charles James Jackson baptised at Croxton, Norfolk on 4 April 1830; parents James, who worked the land, and Susan/Susannah. He is not identified after the 1841 census.
Charles Joseph Jackson appears in the 1851 census for Ramsey (Huntingdon) as visiting the family of George Ringrose (tailor) living in Newtown, where the Primitive Methodist Chapel was. He was 21, born at ?Broxton? in Norfolk.
