Kendall, Amos (1830-1909)

Family

Amos was born in December 1830 at Ashby, Lincolnshire, to parents Thomas, a carrier (1851), and Fanny.

His brothers, Charles, Thomas, and Dennis, were also PM ministers.

He married Fanny Harness (1831-1869) in the summer of 1854 in the Spilsby Registration District, Lincolnshire.

Amos removed to the USA circa 1855, where he continued as a minister.

He married Julia A Rossell (1833-1912) on 7 December 1869 in DeSoto County, Mississippi.

Amos died on 13 April 1909 at Memphis Tennessee, USA.
