Walker, James (d1845)

Family

James parents were Jacob Walker, who worked the land, and Elizabeth, of North Creake, Norfolk. I have not been able to identify a baptism date in online records.

James married Mary Ann Wright (1808-1878) on 30 October 1838 at Soham Toney, Norfolk. Census returns identify four children.

• James (1841-1862) – a slater (1861); a PM minister (1862)
• Elizabeth (1842-1907) – a dressmaker  
• Zacharias (1842-1900) – a tailor
• Susanna (1844-1918) – a milliner (1861); married George Rudram, a PM Minister, in 1866

James died in late 1845 at Ipswich, Suffolk.
