Family
Frederic was born in 1863 at South Cave, Yorkshire, to parents John Waudby, a tailor, and Hannah Wright. He was baptised on 2 August 1863 at South Cave.
Before entering the ministry Frederic was a bricklayer’s apprentice (1881)
Frederic transferred to the presbyterian ministry.
He married Emily Elizabeth Garrud (1866-1950) in the spring of 1889 in the Hackney Registration District, London. Census returns identify four children.
- Christian Frederick (1891-1977) – a clerk in holy orders (1939)
- Dorothy Emily (1900-1977) – married Harry Lintott, an aircraft fitter (1939), in 1929
- John Fletcher (b1902) – a schoolmaster (1928); emigrated to Winnipeg, Manitoba,Canada in 1928
- Mackenzie Wright (1906-1994)
Frederic died on 29 December 1938 at Watford, Hertfordshire.
