The 1841 census return identifies Edward as a minister aged 55 in Stockport married to Ann, aged 55.

An Edward Whiston was baptised on 31 August at Knighton, Radnorshire. His parents were Solomn and Margaret.

An Edward Whiston married Ann Griffiths on 8 February 1807 at Penderyn, Breconshire.

An Edward Whiston was buried on 29 May 1859 at St Peter, Ashton under Lyne, Lancashire, born abt1785.
