Many thanks to John Riley for the remarkable photograph of a packed meeting at Tunstall Jubilee Primitive Methodist chapel to celebrate the centenary of the Connexion.
It was taken on May 27th 1907.
Tunstall chapel itself had been refurbished in 1905 ready for the Centenary celebrations of the connexion.
John comments: “Quite a few of our wider family came from the Tunstall/Biddulph area, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t in the photograph. ” Many happy hours of looking to find them!
