Phoebe Hanson (1852, Mittons, Clitheroe, Lancashire – 1931 Cawarral, QLD, Australia) . Phoebe Hanson was well known in Rockhampton (QLD) and surrounds. After her husband Robert Camm died in a mining accident Phoebe supported her family by working as a midwife. She kept a horse inside the shed at night and would head off with two kerosene lamps on her buggy. She was a keen Methodist.
