West Winch Primitive Methodist chapel dates from 1874.
The notes with Keith Guyler’s photograph say it closed around 1960, although the Norfolk Record Office has records from 1912 to 1973. David Secker confirms that the chapel did close in 1962. The records in the Record Office relate to the the ex-Wesleyan chapel in the village which closed 1973 – 74.
At the time of Keith Guyler’s photograph in 1987 it was a store.
On Google Street View in 2009 it has been converted to a house. The lean to addition on the right hand side has been demolished.
