There is a former Primitive Methodist Chapel in Oxford Road in Hay-On-Wye in Powys. Its National Grid Reference is SO 2308 4229. No further details are known.
It is still used for worship but the sign now calls it Bethesda Evangelical Church

Inside it is now two stories. The main meeting room is upstairs. Downstairs is used for Sunday school. There is also a kitchen, a lift and two toilets.
