Binham Primitive Methodist chapel was opened in 1868. Built of brick and slate, it has a three-bay gabled front with a small lunette in the gable.

At the time of Keith Guyler's photograph in 1987 it was closed fortnightly and holding caravan services.  It was for sale in 1995 and in use as a house by 2000.
