Odell, Joseph Henry (1871-1929)

Family

Joseph was born in 1871 at Dalston, Middlesex, to parents Joseph Odell, a PM minister, and Henrietta Maria Baker.

Joseph emigrated to USA in 1892 where he continued as a minister.

He married Sarah Winifred Kendall (1871-1954) in the summer of 1894 in the Pancras Registration District, London. Sarah was a daughter of Holliday Bickerstaffe Kendall. Records identify two children.

• Marjorie Rosamund (1896-1968) – married Thomas Garrett Bradford
• Helen Winifred (1901-1979) – married Alfred Henry Gildersleeve

Joseph died in August 1929 at Stonington, New London County, Connecticut
