Chapels are sometimes known by a range of names. All the sources, especially the centenary booklet, state that Swan Street was built in 1849, and then enlarged in 1870. The site was on the corner of Swan Street and The Rushes, according to my fellow Loughborough Methodists, which may have misled W. White.
