Littleover Primitive Methodist Chapel, Derbyshire.

Burton Road, Littleover, Derby DE23 6FQ

Records indicate that a Primitive Methodist chapel was built in Littleover in the 1870’s, but sold in the 1908. It was part of the then Derby Third Circuit.

The present Littleover Methodist church dates from the 1950’s.

Littleover as a community is now part of a greater Derby but was once a separate village.

    This later chapel on Burton Road was to the right of it Middleton Avenue, but earlier chapel on Burton Road was on a corner to Shepards Street, also named Shepards Lane earlier.
