Coventry Woodside Primitive Methodist chapel

Coventry, Woodside  This chapel was built in temporary premises in 1934 as an outreach from the main Coventry Ford Street Primitive Methodist circuit. A brick building to seat 250 had been constructed by 1938; it had a hall and a Sunday School building. A new hall was added in 1956. The complex is still there in use as Methodist Church and nursery school.

I realise this chapel was built after the formal re-union in 1932, but Coventry held out against this till 1945, so it really was originally built as a Primitive Methodist Chapel.
