Somerford Booths: Return from the Primitive Methodist chapel in the 1851 Census of Places of Public Religious Worship

The return to the 1851 Census of Places of Public Religious Worship tells us that Somerford Booths Primitive Methodists met in a chapel building erected in 1833.. The Return was completed by Henry Bostock, the Steward, who lived at Radnor near Congleton.

Average attendance at the time was 40 in the afternoon and 30 in the evening. with an afternoon school of 27 scholars.

I cannot see the chapel on Nineteenth Century Ordnance Survey maps: where was it and what happened to it?
