Aspinall, Thomas (b1823)

Family

Thomas was born on 21 April 1823 at Bolton, Lancashire, to parents Thomas Aspinall, a PM minister, and Martha Howarth. he was baptised on 8 May 1823 at Preston, Lancashire, by John Flesher.

I have not been able to identify Thomas in online census returns. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
