Pickard, Ralph (1882-1967)

Family

Ralph was born in the spring of 1882 at Alford, Lincolnshire, to parents Ralph Pickard, a railway carpenter (1891), and Sarah Ann Bryan.

Census returns identify the following occupations for Ralph.

• 1901 railway telegraph clerk
• 1911 theological student

The 1922 Conference Minutes station Ralph at Epworth with the comment that he was taking a year of rest. He is not referred to thereafter and I have not been able to identify Ralph in the 1939 Register.

Ralph died on 12 January 1967 at Bournemouth, Dorset.
