Priestman, Sarah

Research Notes

This was possibly Sarah Priestman, born 16 August 1801 at Seamer, Yorkshire, to parents Thomas and Elizabeth. She was baptised on 16 August 1801 at Seamer.

She married John Salisbury (1794-1846) on 16 October 1828 at Seamer. 

They emigrated soon after their marriage and settled in Tuscarwas County, Ohio, USA, to farm.

Sarah died on 20 October 1872 and was buried in Holmes Methodist Episcopal Cemetery, Tuscarawas, Ohio, USA.
