Ministry
A transcription of obituary published in the Primitive Methodist Magazine by John B Rayner is attached. Rayner writes; “ Frederick Prest was a pious, zealous, conscientious, and successful minister of Jesus Christ, an affectionate husband, a kind father, and a dutiful son. He was highly respected in his circuits, and in some of them his name is as ointment poured forth. His ministerial life was short, his affliction severe and protracted, but he nobly maintained his fidelity, died in triumph, and now rests from his labours.”
