Family
Isaac was born in 1848 at Stockport, Cheshire, to parents Isaac Hall, a cotton mill worker, and Elizabeth Jones. He was baptised on 24 September 1848 at St Mary, Stockport.
Before entering the ministry, Isaac worked in a cotton mill.
He married Martha Mary Johnson (abt1858-1894) in the summer of 1877 in the Chesterfield Registration District, Derbyshire. Census returns identify five children.

He married Julia Ellacif (Ella) Carman (b1858) on 29 July 1897 at Dundas, Ontario, Canada
Isaac died on 2 September 1906 at York, Ontario, Canada.
