Hovey, Adelaide

Family

This was possibly Adelaide Hovey born about 1803 who married Joseph Start, a joiner, on 2 July 1833 at St Peter, Radford, Nottinghamshire. They emigrated to USA in 1848 and settled in Brooklyn. Now York. The 1870 census return describes Joseph as a grocer. Adelaide died on 16 June 1871 and Joseph died in 1878.
