Stanton, Henry John (1846-1920)

Family

Henry was born in late 1846 at Droitwich, Worcestershire, to parents William Stanton, a labourer (1851), and Elizabeth Till. He was baptised on 6 December 1846 at Dodderhill, Worcestershire.

He married Jane Spittal (1845-1941) in the summer of 1879 in the Kensington Registration District, London. Census returns and birth records identify two children.

• Archibald John (1883-1950) – a Civil Service clerk (1911)   

Henry died on 7 December 1920 at New Malden, Kingston, Surrey.
