Bridge, James (1788-1837)
James Bridge was born in the parish of Rochdale. His wife was brought to know the Lord, and was useful to him; He was awakened to a sense of his sin; and in the preaching room in Packer’s Meadow he felt the word to be the power of God to his salvation; and he continued a steady member to his death. He died in peace April 23,1837, in his 49th year, leaving a wife and six children.
